“Despite being 1,300 metres above sea level I can still deliver quality products. We have no residue on the hopper, no residue in the machines, and the lubrication is the same.”
The biggest advantage, according to Ruetz, is that they no longer need an oil layer between the dough strips that go through the machines.

Another important advantage is the improved work climate for the staff. One member of staff was on the point of leaving with lung problems but thanks to Cumulus he has been able to stay. Ruetz is very pleased about this as it’s difficult to find and train experienced staff.
